Body Perfections offers a workout that trains specifically 10-second lifting and 10-second lowering of weight utilizing a series of machines to achieve maximum results. Cathy will help you set goals and reach them. Cathy won't just show you how to do an exercise; she will educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition. Two to three sessions per week are reccomended to start. Benefits of this type of training include: toning, burning fat at a faster rate, gaining strength, strengthening of bones, increased flexibility, and significant reduction in the risk of injury to the joints.
